Download MSNcleaner to your desktop but don't use it first.

1. Extract the content of MsnCleaner.zip to your Desktop.
2. Now reboot into Safe Mode
3. Double-click MsnCleaner.exe to run it.
4. Click the Analyze button.
5. A report will be created once after you finish scan.
6. If it finds an infection, click the Deleted button.
7. Now, please reboot back to normal mode.


If you have managed to find the file, this is how you delete it:

Start->Run->regedit

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Go to the above directory. Find the file.

Taking my example from above, if the file you found was "abgsvc.exe", find the entry that says "abgsvc.exe" and delete it. Restart your PC and then you're able to delete the file now (it should not regenerate).
